Germany has been handed new injuries, Serge Gnabry and Timo Werner are highly unlikely to be able to make it to the mega tournament.

Euro 2024 will be histed by Germany. However, prior to the start in the competition, Nageslmann’s team is plagued by injuries. In addition is that the German side is set to lose two key strikers during the massive tournament. They include Serge Gnabry and Timo Werner.

Germany will kick off Euro 2024 on 14th June when they face Scotland. However, the hosts might be without two important forwards, which could be the biggest problem for Germany.

Bayern Munich forward Serge Gnabry has been reported to have pulled the muscle in the left side of his hamstring. This means that he’s likely to miss the remainder period of football for the Bavarians. In addition, he is likely to not be a part of this year’s Die Mannschaft in the Euros 2024.

The other issue with injuries is related to Timo Werner. The striker currently working on loan for Tottenham Hotspur has injured his thigh. In the end, the player will not make the Euros 2024 squad for Germany. The player is currently being on loan from RB Leipzig, Timo Werner’s season at Spurs has ended due to his injury.

While a final decision is not yet made on the possibility both forwards Euro however, based on reports from Germany it’s very likely that they will be available for the hosts.

Germany has recently enjoyed the game with a 2-1 win against Netherlands. The head coach Julian Nageslmann stayed on for his time in Germany’s National team, putting to rest speculation about his possible future return back to Bayern Munich.

“First foremost, the 10 days from A Z was many fun. The group performed really extremely well. They have a wonderful rapport with one another and also have a very strong ambition. We had a positive impression of France. The same thing happened today.” Nageslmann said following the victory of Germany against Netherlands.
